Introduction

Ingredients

    2 serving 100% Whole Wheat Bread - Aldi's L'oven Fresh
    1 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med cut into 4 slices
    115 gram(s) Cucumbers (peeled) 1/2 cup -6 slices
    onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) chopped
    1 Tbsp Tofu Cashew Mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp Tahini
    1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
    2 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick) Sweet peppers (bell) -chopped

Directions

Stir together the tahini with soy sauce. Keep stirring, it will thicken. Toast bread. Spread with vegan may and tahini/soy sauce mix. Load on veggies. Enjoy!!
