Ingredients

    2 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
    1 serving Honey Crisp Apple small, chopped
    1 tbsp Almond Butter -- Members Mark
    .33 tbsp Maple Syrup
    .5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 serving Garlic Salt, Lawrys (1/4 tsp)
    2 tbsp water

Directions

Heat olive oil in a pan and add kale and salt. Saute kale until just wilted. Remove pan from heat and set aside. In a bowl, mix almond butter, lemon juice, maple syrup, and water. Add kale and apples to the mixture and toss. Enjoy.
