Ingredients

    2 cup Beans Black Canned
    3 cup cooked Rice Brown
    0.13 cup Onion Chopped (2 Tbsp)
    1 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh chopped
    1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
    0.5 Tbsp Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp Coriander
    0.5 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce

Tips

This can be used as a side dish or as a vegetarian main dish.


Directions

Saute onion and pepper in oil over medium heat. Add beans and cook 2 minutes longer. Add rice, mix ingredients, and cook 3 minutes more. Add coriander and tabasco sauce. Mix well.
