Add Milk and the Mrs. Dash Spices to the
Crockpot about as much as you want to make of the soup.
Then Peal the normal Potato’s and Cube slice them add them
to the milk, Then you wash the Baby Yellow
and Red potato’s then you carefully Cube those as well.
Smaller Peices cook faster, and more easily are mashed with
a Potato masher.
Then you wash and Cut the Carrots and Celery into very
small pieces,as you are doing this you will be adding them to
the milk mixture. Then you Cut up the bacon in to very small
strips best done when the bacon has come out of the
package all in one piece then you separate the small pieces
so there not so stuck together. Then you add those to the
mixture. Let cook depending on how long you have before
dinner time 6-12 hours. no less than 6hours however or the
potato’s wont be soft enough to mash up like you would with
a clam chowder. Season to taste when done by adding the
other spices listed.
