Ingredients

    6 serving Cashew Nuts, Raw (1/4 cup) (by SPATULAMAMA)
    .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    .5 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried

Tips

If you don't use a high speed blender it won't be as creamy. Soak the cashews longer in hot water and that will help the creaminess factor.


Directions

Place all ingredients except dill and parsley in a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
