Tips
Very easy, but muffins will rise so leave about 1/4 - 1/2 inch space in each tin.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Scramble eggs with a fork, add other ingredients and mix in well with fork. Divide evenly into a muffin tin sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees F.
