    1 cup Wheat, hard white Uncooked
    70 grams Almonds, dry roasted
    1/2 c Stevia

Tips

This recipe is great for people suffering from constipation. Save the liquid from the boiled wheat and add stevia and cinnamon, Drink about 3 oz. .either morning or before bedtime. Also excellent for diabetics


Directions

Boil the hard wheat approximately 1,1/2 hours. Until soft. Roast blanched almonds at 350 (180c) for 7-8 min. Mix every thing together in medium container.
