This is a good side dish for a summer picnic, or whenever. This is a good side dish for a summer picnic, or whenever.

Ingredients

    2 medium cucmbers, peeled and sliced
    16 oz. light or fat free sour cream
    about 1 cup of vinegar
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix sour cream and vinegar in a large bowl. I usually taste it to make sure I didn't add too much vinegar. I have heard of people adding sugar too. So you may add some if you like.

Add sliced cucmbers to sour cream mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
