Ingredients

    Left over Turkey
    1 onion
    4 Potatoes
    2 carrots
    1/2 medium turnip
    1 cup noodles
    1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
    3 - 4 tbsp Chicken Boullion
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce

Tips

I also added leftover chicken, both dark and light meat. Also, the hot pepper sauce can be adjusted to your liking. I used a few dashes but you can use more or less, if preferred.


Directions

Cover turkey bones with water and cook until meat falls off bones (about 2 hours, checking occasionally so pot does not boil dry). Drain (keep liquid to make soup), and remove meat from bones. Add turkey, liquid, chopped onion and seasonings to a large pot. Bring to boil. Add chopped vegetables and boil for about 10 minutes. Add noodles and boil until noodles are cooked (about 8-10 additional minutes). Add tomatoes and continue to boil for few minutes.
