Introduction
This is a great start to your morning full of vitamines and proteins. I only used half a serving of the Morning Star Veggie Bits otherwise the egg, salsa, cheese and veggie bits wont all fit in the tortilla..ha! By using half the serving size of the veggie crumbles the actual calory count is 235cals instead of 275. This is a great start to your morning full of vitamines and proteins.
