I love Korean tacos, this is a really delicious and vegan alternative! I top mine with vegan kimchi and a gochujang or sriracha aioli (not included in nutritional information). Ingredients

3 serving Soy Curls, 3/4 cup 30g (by DEBBIEJOE1)
4 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Hot Red Pepper Paste Gochujang (Haechandle) Very Hot Level 4 1tbsp Korean (by RYLATORR)
6 tsp Ginger Root
3 clove Garlic
Directions
1. Cover dried soy curls with plenty of warm water, let them soak 9 minutes.
2. While they are soaking whisk or blend all of the marinade ingredients.
3. When soy curls are rehydrated, squeeze out the excess water and put them in a spill-proof container. Add marinade and shake well. Let sit in the fridge at least 30 minutes.
4. Stir fry over medium heat to desired consistency, and serve immediately.
