Ingredients

    4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    12 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    4 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6 fl oz Water, tap
    .5 tsp Salt
    3 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds)

Tips

Use dampened hands to move the dough around, spread it onto parchment paper to cook, you can adjust herbs to your liking.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients except for salt, make a well and add water with olive oil. Fold over until there are no dry spots. Spread thinly into a 10 x 16 in a rectangle. Lightly score the dough into rows making 60 crackers. poke a few holes into each cracker and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Bake for 20 min then flip and bake for 20 more or until the edges are brown.
Cool for 20 minutes - will last for 2-3 weeks
