Ingredients

    0.91 tsp Pepper, black
    0.45 cup Stewed Tomatoes
    3.64 oz Lauras Lean Beef Ground Beef 8% fat
    0.45 cup Hunt's Tomatoe Sauce
    0.91 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
    3 serving "Great Value" Mixed Vegetables, Frozen (2/3cup)
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

I love this, but you can use low sodium on the tomato products to lower the salt ;)


Directions

Brown the beef and then add the vegetables and cook until tender

Serving Size: 5- 1 cup servings
