Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 medium Onions, chopped
    16 oz Button Mushrooms, Fresh
    4 Medium Green Bell Peppers, chopped
    6 Garlic cloves, minced
    16 oz Raw Sweet Potato, diced
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
    1 tsp Ground Thyme
    1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
    3 serving Steak*eze ~ Sirloin Beef Steak, from Sam's Club

Directions

Placed sweet potatoes in water, bring to a boil, keep at low boil for 10 minutes, drain.
Place olive oil, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, frozen steak in pan and saute for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, thyme, red pepper flakes, and sweet potatoes. Saute for 5 minutes. Serve.
