Ingredients

2 lb Beef - Top Round
1 cup Kitchen Basics Beef Stock
.5 cup Soy Sauce
.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
3 clove Garlic
16 oz Shitake Mushrooms
2 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch
6 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
3 Green Onion
Directions
Slice steak thin, discarding fat or gristle. Add to slow cooker.
Add all other ingredients except for the corn starch, broccoli, and green onion. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Mix cornstarch and water or stock to make a smooth paste. Add to slow cooker and stir. Add broccoli and cook for another 20 minutes or until broccoli is the desired doneness. Garnish with sliced green onions
