Ingredients

    8 serving Plantains 1/2 Plantain
    9 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    .25 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Salt
    3 tbsp Butter, salted
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Paprika
    8 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella

Tips

This recipe is very forgiving. You can add meat or vegetables if you would like to.


Directions

Mix everything together. Pour batter into greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake 350° F for 50 minutes.
