Ingredients

    24 oz Beef Blade Steak (by IGVACA)
    1 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    6 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    .40 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    3 tbsp Sesame Oil
    3 clove Garlic
    3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    1.5 grams Cornstarch
    3 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh

Tips

Can add some sriracha oe chili paste to this for some extra kick.


Directions

1. Marinate steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, green onions.
2. Add marinated beef with beef broth to slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low until beef is cooked through (3 1/2 hrs. to 4 hrs.)
4. When steak is tender whick cornstarch with bit of beef broth and stir into beef mixture.
5. Add broccoli and cook until broccoli is fork tender.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
7. Serve over rice (not included in calculation).
