Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
    2 T. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 3-1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on high heat setting 4 to 5 hours or on low heat setting 7 to 8 hours.
