    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.25 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
    3 tsp Lime Zest
    1 serving Cilantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup
    0.80 serving Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain (5.3 oz)
    3 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded
    2 oz Athenos Feta Cheese
    4 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    1.75 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
    16 oz Fish, Salmon, Atlantic Salmon, Boneless Skinless Center Cut Fillets, by C. Wirthy & Co. (6oz./170g s
    .5 tbsp Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light

Tips

I added a little shake of agave nectar to balance the heat.
Omit the feta if watching your sodium.


Directions

Crust salmon with olive oil and spices. Bake on parchment paper at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
