Ingredients

    1 large Onions, raw
    280 grams Zucchini
    1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 serving 10 baby carrots raw
    226 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    1.75 cup Chick Peas
    2 serving Oil Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil 1 tbsp
    4 tbsp Italian Dressing Fat Free Wishbone
    chopped garlic
    Italian seasoning to taste

Directions

in deep pan use low heat, heat oil and add chopped onions. chop mushrooms and add, then carrots, red pepper and zucchini. chopping and cooking on low heat took me about an hour. drain chick peas and add to mix , pour Italian dressing on top.
