Ingredients

Place the following ingredients into a blender:

    1-28 oz Whole Tomatoes, Canned
(Canned Diced Tomatoes will create a richer-thicker sauce)
1.5 cups Red Onion (about 1/3-1/2 average size onion)
4 tbls Minced Garlic (don't be afraid to pour in the garlic: use pre-minced garlic, about 2 heaping spoon-fulls)
    12 sprigs Fresh Cilantro
4 Jalapenos (may substitute 2 jalapeno, 1 serrano, and 1 habenero for 3-fire sauce)
    1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 pinch Black Pepper
    2 tsp Chili Pepper
    1 tsp Cumin

    Blend until even consistency.
Pour into bowl and enjoy! Great on eggs, with baked chips, or with your favorite mexican dish.
