Introduction

I never buy canned sauce for my spaghetti after I learned to make this version! It is my families favorite! It can be a little high in fat, but a little goes a long way so I count it worth the time and calories! I never buy canned sauce for my spaghetti after I learned to make this version! Ingredients

    4 links of Italian Sauasage- or 1 long rope- about 1 1/2 pounds
    2 - 12 oz. cans Tomato Sauce
    1 - 12 oz can Stewed Tomatoes
    1 1/2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp. Sugar

Directions

Makes 8 servings-
Remove sausage from skins. Brown in a skillet on med- high heat til no longer pink. drain fat if there is a lot to drain. Add the tomatoes and sauce. Stir and add seasonings and sugar. Stir well and reduce temp to simmer. Cover and simmer 20 min.
