Introduction
Absolutely delicious! This is the first recipe I ever made, and it turned out much better then anything else I've ever tasted.* You can use either fresh or frozen blackberries, but I find fresh make the best pies!
*You can replace Splenda with 2 cups sugar,--

Ingredients

1 cup Baking Splenda
1/3 cup Butter
2 cups Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
2 cups fresh/frozen Blackberries
2 cups boiling water
Directions
Makes 2 pies
Preheat oven to 350 F
Spray 2 pie tins with cooking spray
In large bowl, cream 1/2 cup Splenda and butter.
Add flour, baking posder, salt, and milk.
Mix well.
Layer dough into 2 pie tins, spreading so it covers the bottom and sides.
Mix berries with remaining 1/2 cup Splenda
Pour berry mixture evenly into pie tins
Pour boiling water evenly on top of the pies
Immediatly set in oven
Bake @ 350 F for 45-55 min, or until golden brown
