Introduction

Prior to combining all ingredients, steam or boil quartered zucchini and cauliflower approximately 10 min until 1/2 cooked. Spray casserole dish w/pam & combine all ingredients, bake uncovered for approx 25 mins.     4 Cups Cauliflower
    1/2 C. Onions
    1 Tbsp Oregano
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Black Pepper
    1.5 C Herbed Bread stuffing
    3/4 C 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or lowfat)
    3/4 C Fat Free Sour Cream
