Ingredients

    1 16oz canned tomatoes, petite cut
    1 medium jalapeno, seeds removed
    sm. onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lime
    1/4 c. frozen corn
    1/2 c. black beans, rinsed
    3 T. fresh cilantro
    salt to taste

Directions

Chop the onion, jalapeno and press garlic. Add to tomatoes. Stir in lime juice. Add corn, black beans and chopped cilantro.

1 serving aprox. 1/4 cup salsa
