My kids loved these! What a great way to include flax. We didn't have soy milk, so used regular milk, and added a banana per my daughter's request. They tasted great, and one pancake was plenty. - 7/20/10

These were gorgeous!! We added wild woodland blueberries to ours and could not believe how sweet and tasty they were with so little sugar. We'll experiment with applesauce in place of the oil next time to see if we can lower the fat as well. Excellent recipe, thanks! - 6/30/09

  • Add cinnamon and a whole apple (shredded), skip the soy milk and we had a winner! Served with homemade blueberry sauce. : ) - 12/28/13
