Use your favortie nuts! Just like at the carnival. Use your favortie nuts! Just like at the carnival.
Number of Servings: 16


    1/2 c Honey
    1 tsp Cinnamon (divided)
    2 Tbsp Butter
    4 c Cashews
    2 1/2 Tbsp Sugar


Preparation -
Combine the honey, butter and 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon in small saucepan. Bring to boil a boil and cook for two minutes, stirring constantly. Place the nuts in a bowl and pour the honey mixture over top. Stir to coat thoroughly coat the nuts. Spread the coated nuts on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes or until the nuts are glazed and very lightly browned. Cool for about 20 minutes then place the nuts in a bowl. Mix the sugar with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over the roasted, glazed nuts and stir to coat evenly.

    Great recipe! Made this to give away as gifts and everyone loved them :) ran out of honey on one batch so used 1/4 cup honey & 1/4 cup maple syrup. Thanks for the awesome recipe - 1/7/13
