Introduction

This is a healthier version of my favorite Greek condiment. This is a healthier version of my favorite Greek condiment.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 small tub greek style yogurt OR plain yogurt strained for at least 4 hours
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2-3 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 small cucumber (50g) or half regular cucumber, grated

Directions

Combine all ingredients. This gets better the longer the herbs have to meld with the yogurt.
