Ingredients

    1 cup cooked whole wheat spirals or pasta of your choice
    1 dill pickle, chopped
    1 tbsp. light sour cream
    1 tbsp. light miracle whip
    1 tsp. dijon mustard
    90 grams cooked scallops (180 grams frozen)

Directions

In a small bowl, combine pickle, sour cream, miracle whip, and mustard. In a large bowl, combine pasta, dressing, and scallops. Serve immediately, or cold. Makes 1 serving.
