Ingredients

    1 can Tuna in water
    1 tsp. Garlic Fresh
    4 oz. Saltine Crackers
    1 small onion
    1 Egg
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 oz. Mozzarlla Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Then shape into 4 balls pat out to a patty. Place in nonstick skillet. Cook until golden brown on both side. Serve with veg. and fruit.
