Introduction

My god these are horribly unhealthy but I love 'em.
Next time I will try with turkey sausage instead of pork or look for reduced-fat sausage.

Ingredients

    1 lb pork sausage
1 pkg pepperidge farm puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 cup of bread crumbs

Directions

Cut both pastry sheets in half for 4 portions.
Mix sausage, onion and bread crumbs in a bowl. Divide the mixture into quarters and form into logs.
Place each log on a half-sheet of puff pastry and roll up. Can cut in half now if desired. Seal the edges with a little water or egg white. Use a fork or knife to make some holes for ventilation in each roll.

Bake at 400 for about 25-30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

I love 'em too...and if you live in Canada the best ones to buy from the frozen food section are made by Schneider's...they are delicious and I take them to Church potluck gatherings (in US) where they love 'em too! - 4/21/09
