Filling and so much like the real thing you wonder if it isn't real meat!If you are Vegan like me make sure you buy the Worthington ground beef without dairy! They have both. Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups (16 0z) Canned Tomatoes
2 cups (16 0z)Canned Corn
1/2 can Worthington Veggie Burger
Medium Onion
Medium Green Pepper
2 Tsp Taco Seasoning Mix
10 Azteca Flour Tortilla (Burrito Sized)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425.
Heat oil, Add green pepper and onions. When they are almost done add 1/2 can of worthington veggie burger. cook until onions are clear. add corn tomatoes and seasoning. (Don't drain tomatoes)
When mixture is done cooking (heated through) scoop into tortillas and roll. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, place buritos on baking sheet and cook for 30-35 minutes.
(I like mine crunchy... you can also microwave them on high for 1 minute if you like them soft)
