Ingredients

    16 ounces whole wheat pasta
    4 plum tomatoes, diced
    2 cucumbers with peel, cubed
    1 cup carrots, julienned or sliced thin
    1-8 ounce bottle fat-free Italian dressing
    4 tsp. McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning

Directions

Cook pasta per package directions. Rinse with cold water, draining well. Add all remaining ingredients, mixing well. Serve warm or cold. If serving cold, lightly toss again before serving. Makes 16 (one cup) servings.
