    ground turkey
    chili powder
    onion powder
    i clove garlic
    t c tomato paste

Directions

6 1 cup servings
brown meat, add garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. after meat is browned add chili powder, tomato paste, kidney beans and 4 oz. of water. let simmer for 20 minutes or your desired thickness.
