Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
-1 package of already cooked chicken (like those strips you buy to put on salads, and then I just cut them up)
-1 can cream of chicken soup (I use Campbells healthy request)
-1 can artichokes drained (I usually use about half of the can and cut them up pretty good)
-3/4 cup shreaded parmesean (I use the kind that is already in those little tubs)
-1 container of Buitoni pesto (there is a reduced fat one and I've made it with that and it tastes the same)
-1 container of Buitoni spinach fettucini
Directions
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook pasta per the directions on the container (I usually cut it before putting it in the pot, that way it isn't as long)
2. mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl...you don't have to do anything just dump them in and mix
3. after you drain the pasta mix it in to the other ingredients in the mixing bowl
4. put everything in a cassarole dish, or oblong pan (lightly spray it with cooking spray first), sprinkle some extra parmesean on top, and bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
I would say this feeds 4
