    1 whole box Pillsbury Moist Supreme Reduced Sugar Cake Mix, Devil's Food flavor
    1 (15 oz) can Libby's Pumpkin
    3 Tablespoons water


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cupcake pan with cupcake papers and spray each cupcake paper with a non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the whole box of cake mix, the whole can of pumpkin, and the water. Mix until thoroughly combined. The batter will be quite stiff.
Divide batter into the 18, lined, muffin cups.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (or with just a few moist crumbs).
Cool on cooling rack. Makes 18 muffins.

Note: white or dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or dried fruit can be added to the batter, or baked and cooled muffins can be frosted, but you will have to calculate those additional nutritional values into this recipe's values.
