Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    California dried chiles- about 3
Mozzerella cheese- I wrote 1 oz but you can use as much or as little as you want but nut is for 1 oz for both
Corn tortillas- again as many as you want but nut is for 2
Vegetable oil- I said around a tblsp

Directions

First open chiles and take out seeds and stem, next boil the chiles in just enough water to cover them in small pot with lid on. Cook untill soft and tender. Once done set aside with lid on till they cool slightly. Then blend with the water they were boiled in along with some garlic powder, onion powder or just plain salt to taste. Once it is blended so that it is a sauce without any big chunks of chiles return to pot and simmer for a few minuets just so that flavors will blend. Then heat oil in frying pan. Dip tortilla into chile sauce and place into pan and fry quickly on one side (around 30 seconds) Then flip and fry another 30 seconds on other side. Remove and fill with cheese. Finally fold both ends up to form a small roll. Repeat for how ever many you are making. Top with sour cream, onions and lettuce ( nut not included for toppings) also good with chicken ( nut not included)
