Ingredients

    Banana - 1 medium
    Cottage cheese - 1% - 1/4 cup - not packed
    Blueberries - frozen - unsweetened - .25 cup unthawed.
    Cherries - 3 - frozen, thawed for the top
    2 packets of Sweet' N Low

Directions

Split banana lengthwise. Place in serving dish. Put cottage cheese , frozen blueberries, and 1 sweetner in processor. Blend until berries and sweetner are incorporated with cottage cheese, about 10 seconds. Mixture will be the consistency of ice cream. Spoon mixture on banana. Sprinkle cherries with 1/2 packet of sweetner and place in microwave until thawed, about 3 seconds. Put on top of banana split and enjoy

    I will substitute low carb ice cream, but follow the rest. It sounds yummy! - 2/20/09
