Introduction
I love this, this will make a double batch, (or alot of Chicken Nachos!!!) and freeze it for later. I love this, this will make a double batch, (or alot of Chicken Nachos!!!) and freeze it for later.Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients

6 Frozen Chicken Breast
1 pkg Chicken Taco Mix
1 pkg Fajitas Mix
3 tps. Lime Juice
5 ice cubes
Pam cooking spray
Directions
First mix the 2 seasoning
Oven at 350
Spray your pan.
Sprinkle about 1/2 seasonings over both sides of chicken
add lime juice add 5 ice cubes to pan (adds juice and keeps chicken from drying out)
and bake till chicken is done.
Cover and let chicken cool.
Roughly chop Chicken into pieces add all chicken and juices to CROCK POT
you may add more seasoning. ( I save the remaining seasoning for the next batch.)
Cook on high for about 3 hours or more
chicken will break up, watch the juices you may need to add more water, lime juice, even salsa.
The chicken may need to be chopped to be separated.
Serving Size about 2 to 4 tablespoons per Taco
or Nachos , or Fajitas.
