Introduction

I know that this isn't low fat or anything, but this is good for family gatherings. I'm trying different items to increase the healthiness. Any suggestions are always appreciated. This casserole had been a family Christmas breakfast tradition for years!! It has also become a new tradition on our family's annual Gatlinburg vacation! I use the low-fat Bisquick. We also top it with sour cream (fat free if you wish) and salsa. So delicious tex-mex style!! - 9/18/08

    Very Good
My kids love this! I make my own version and tried to make it a little healthier. I use turkey sausage, 2% cheddar cheese, add onion and a bell pepper. Still pretty yummy! :) - 9/1/08
