Ingredients

    *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup
    Good Earth Muesli (Banana flavour), 100 gram(s)
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    *Peanut Butter, chunk style, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    *Enova,(soybean oil and canola oil), 5 tbsp
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 2 tbsp
    Almonds, 10 almond
    Walnuts, 0.5 oz (14 halves)
    Pumpkin Seeds, 20 grams
    Nestle Raisinets Chocolate Covered Raisins, 2 package
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 small

Directions

Makes 20, 1 inch x 1 inch squares.

Mix all the dry ingredients. Mix all the liquid ingredients separately. Then mix the dry & wet ingredients till evenly coated. Spray a pan with non stick cooking spray. Add the dough, flatten with hands. Bake in oven for 15 mins till golden brown. Remove & allow to cool. Cut into desired pieces.
