Introduction
I make this for Christmas, Thanksgiving, hubbys family reunion and other get togethers. I make this for Christmas, Thanksgiving, hubbys family reunion and other get togethers.Number of Servings: 20
Ingredients
-
Red Potato, 2721 grams (approx)
you can use more or less
*Kraft miracle whip regular, 16 tbsp (approx) -
I dont actually measure. But this time I did look at the bottle and it was new when I started using it so this is right
Yellow Mustard, .5 cup (approx)
Dill Pickles, .5 cup, chopped or diced - can use more if you like.
Directions
Peel And chop potatoes. (They do not have to be red potatoes but this is what I used this time and they were great).
Boil potatoes in big pan until they are soft when poked with fork
Cool after draining and run cold water over them. Put them in fridge for a few hours to cool and harden to make easier for stirring Maricle whip and mustard in.
Mix well the Maricle whip, mustard and potatoes until they taste perfect for you.
(this is the reason for approx. measurements for maricle whip and mustard).
Makes a big bowl.
The 20 servings is approximate because I have never actually waited to see how many people take from it and how much. I get 1 cup when I eat it and call it about 200 calories, Maybe thats a bit high.
Enjoy
