Ingredients

    Jimmy Dean Bulk sausage (i use maple)
    12 eggs
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup milk
    6 slices of bread
    salt & pepper to taste
    non-stick spray



Directions

Brown sausge in a skillet
Spray a 9 X 13 pan w/ non-stick spray
PLace 6 slices of bread on bottom of pan
Mix 12 eggs and milk
pour over bread, salt & pepper
drain sausage, spread evenly on top of bread/egg mixture
top w/ cheese
bake for 45minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 8 servings
