Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pounds lean ground beef
    1 C. (1 7 oz bag) crushed corn chips
    1/3 C. taco sauce (your choice of heat)
    2 Tbls. Taco seasoning (choose lo sodium options if you are watching sodium)
    1 egg, lightly beaten (can use 2 egg whites for cholesterol)
    1/2 C shredded cheddar (Monterey jack or mexican mix optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into a loaf. Place in center of slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (high 3 1/2 to 5 hours).
You can cook this in an oven at 350, for one hour as well.
Makes 8 servings. Extras freeze well.
