Ingredients

    8 Spring Onions
    2 Garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
    1 Red Pepper peeled and chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    200g Very low fat Fromage Frais
    127g Low fat cheddar cheese
    155g Cooked Macaroni
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180c/Gas 4
2. Mix in a bowl all ingredients, season well and place in a medium sized non-stick cake tin. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are cooked and top is golden brown.
3 Remove from oven and allow to stand for approx. 15 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with crisp salad.
Serves 4
Can be frozen
