Ingredients

    One piece of salmon (can be either a burger or filet)

    1 Lemon

    One mini seedless cucumber peeled and cut into sticks

    Fresh cilantro to taste

Directions

Makes one serving

Throw salmon on grill. While it is cooking cut the cucumber in to 4" long sticks. Cut the lemon in half, remove the fruit of one half and cut into small chunks. Set the other half of the lemon aside for juicing.

Once salmon appears cooked place lemon fruit and cucumber on top of meat. Granish the top with fresh cilantro to taste, and squeeze the other half of the lemon over the dish.
