Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken (cooked and cubed)
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can tomatoes and green chilles (drained)
1 can cream of chicken soup (can use fat free)
1 pouch Uncle Ben's brown rice
Directions
Cook and cube chicken. Prepare rice according to directions on box. Mix beans, tomatoes and soup. Stir in chicken and rice. Pour mixture into a 8x10 ungreased baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, uncover and add cheeses. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. (Can be served as is or in warm tortilla shells with additional salsa and sour cream)
