Introduction

I serve over brown rice. I serve over brown rice.

Ingredients

    1 lb. beef round steak
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sliced green peppers
    2 clove garlic finely chopped
    1 c. frozen pepper stir fry vegetables
    1 c. canned mushrooms
    1 c. beef broth
    Soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Add beef, coated with flour, beef broth, soy sauce and seasonings. Cook 3-5 hours on high or 8-10 hr. on low. Serve over brown rice.
