Number of Servings: 28

Ingredients

    4 cups flour
    2.25 tsp yeast (1 envelope)
    2 T sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2/3 cup milk
    3 T oil
    3 T applesauce
    2 eggs

Directions

Mix together:
2 cups flour
yeast
sugar
salt

Heat:
milk (microwave for 1:30 on high or until 110-120*)

Mix into milk:
oil
applesauce
eggs

Dump wet ingredients into dry, mix well.

Knead 1.5 -2 cups of flour into bread until no longer sticky.

Set in greased bowl, cover and let rise until double.

Punch, put into greased bread pan(s) (either one huge or two small) , rise until double again.

Bake @350 for 30-40 minutes.

Serving size is 1 ounce of bread
