Ingredients

    1 1/2C Corn Meal Yellow
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2C grated Cheddar Cheese
    1 can Cream Style Corn
    2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Jalapenos, Chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Spray with Pam an 8 x 8 square pan. Put mixture in pan and bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes or until surface is golden brown and toothpick comes out clear.

Can be used with beans or any mexican dish.
